Piezoresistive type Featuring a flexible split structure
To meet the demand for high-precision, high-sensitivity, and accurate pore water pressure measurement under multi-field coupling and complex soil conditions, while accommodating special working conditions such as static and dynamic centrifuge tests, the miniaturization design of pore water pressure sensors is often subject to extremely stringent requirements. Meanwhile, to capture the high-frequency and transient variations of pore water pressure without disturbing the flow field, the sensor must possess excellent dynamic response performance.
In response to these requirements, the DSP-I miniature dynamic pore water pressure sensor has been developed. This sensor adopts advanced domestic silicon-silicon bonding technology and high-performance MEMS piezoresistive sensing elements, combined with internationally leading miniaturized fabrication and packaging processes. It features a small effective size, fine wire diameter, compact structure, and high robustness, while exhibiting excellent static/dynamic response performance and long-term stability. Particularly importantly, this series of piezoresistive pore water pressure sensors adopts an optimized split structure with threaded connections. This design not only facilitates the saturation and cleaning of the porous stone but also allows flexible selection of porous stones according to different soil types. In addition, it enhances the fault detection capability of the sensor and improves the utilization rate of the core components.
